Kitchen Interior

Here is a kitchen itnerior I did fairly recently as part of a test. Just wanted to point out it was my first time drawing a layout in Flash and maybe like my third time using the program all together.

Diversity in Layouts

Here are a couple of layouts I finished recently to vamp up my layout portfolio. I tried a completely different style than what I'm used to, just for some diversity, very happy with the results. Both done in photoshop.

Some Quick Sketches...

Was bored one day and decided to do some layout thumbnails. Might take it to final when I have some time.

Rough line work.

Quick tonal over top.

Colour overlay ontop of the tonal.

More Layouts!

Haha I found a few more layouts, a mix of pencil drawings and digital paintings from previous years.

2nd year layout done pencil on paper and scanned in.

Painted digitally in photoshop.

2nd year painting assignment pencil on paper.

Scanned in and painted in photoshop.

Final Composited Layout

Here is the final composited multiplane layout from our 3rd year film. Thanks to Justin Heartly for compositing and Qing Han for painting the layout. ~ Sorry in advance for the static in the background, you'll probably want to mute it. ~

3rd Year Film Layouts

Here are a few of the layouts I worked on for my 3rd year group film.
This one turned out to be a multiplane truck in.

This scene was a basic horizontal pan from left to right with a walking character.

This was a static 9 field shot.
